How Swaply handles pilot information
Swaply uses the minimum information needed to help social-housing tenants explore potential mutual exchanges. A potential exchange is not a guaranteed move and remains subject to landlord approval and tenancy rules.
Information used for matching
Approximate area, property type, bedrooms and relevant accessibility or property requirements are used to identify possible routes. Exact addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers are not shown in early match results.
Imported potential records
An imported record is not treated as an active tenant request merely because it exists in a source system. The individual must claim, check and correct the information, then give separate matching consent before it can enter the active matching pool.
Your choices
Matching, service email, WhatsApp and marketing choices are separate. You can ask to correct, pause, delete or object to use of your information. Research feedback is stored separately from matching and can be withdrawn.
